For more than two decades, M. David Coale worked in commercial real estate — an environment where negotiation matters, details matter, timing matters, and accuracy matters. That experience now strengthens every client relationship at Coale Realty Group, whether the property is residential, investment-focused, or commercial.

David is based in Miami, Oklahoma — living and working in the same communities he serves. His work stretches across the corridor from the Tulsa metro’s eastern edge around Catoosa, through Northeast Oklahoma lake and small-town markets, and across the state line into Southwest Missouri, where the Joplin metro sits about twenty minutes from home.

He holds active memberships in three board jurisdictions: the Northeast Oklahoma Board of REALTORS® (NEOBOR), the Greater Tulsa Association of REALTORS® (GTR), and the Joplin Board of REALTORS®. Both MD Coale Real Estate LLC (Oklahoma) and Coale Realty Group LLC (Missouri) operate under the umbrella of Hometown Real Estate, based in Vinita, Oklahoma.
